1-on-1 Online Coaching

What is Online Coaching?

First, I want to thank you for your interest in working together. Whether you sign up or not, the fact that you’re on this page means a lot to me.

Now, what is online coaching? Online coaching is a relationship between you and a coach that is geared towards helping you achieve your goals via sustainable and effective training practices. 

The biggest benefit of online coaching is all the thinking is done for you, so you don’t have to sift through fitness information that is overwhelming and conflicting. I serve as your filter, so all you have to do is the work.

Currently, I’m offering 1-on-1 online training through Mike Boyle Strength and Conditioning Online. 

How Does it Work?

  1. After you apply, I’ll see if we’re a good fit for each other. If I think I can help you, we’ll jump on a Zoom call to get to know each other and discuss the program.
  2. After the Zoom call, I’ll write you a program, send it to you, and we’ll be off to the races!
  3. After every workout, you send me videos and questions via email. I’ll get back to you within three business days with feedback and tips to improve your technique.
